Refunds, Returns & Exchanges for Hydration & Cooling

1. Scope & Applicability
This return and exchange policy applies to purchases made through BaseballTips.com, BaseballTurtles.com, and HydrationandCooling.com, as well as to third-party advertising for all entities under the BaseballTips, Inc. banner (the “Sites”). It covers only physical goods. Custom orders and Baseball Turtles are not returnable. Issues will be resolved through improvement or repair whenever possible.
2. Return / Exchange Window
Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 calendar days of delivery. All return requests must be initiated within this period.
3. Return / Exchange Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must:
– Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
– Be returned in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, manuals, and parts.
– Include proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
– Include any promotional gifts or free items received with the order, if applicable.
4. Return Shipping & Costs
– Customer pays return shipping, except for defective or incorrect items (see below).
– A 20% restocking fee may apply.
– For defective, damaged, or mis-shipped items, we will cover the return shipping cost. Contact us via the website or call 800-487-7432 to arrange return shipping.
5. Non-Returnable / Excluded Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective:
– Personalized or custom items
– Items marked as non-returnable at the time of sale
If you believe a non-returnable item is defective, contact us for review.
6. How to Initiate a Return / Exchange
1. Contact Customer Service within the eligible return window via email or our contact form.
2. Provide your order number, item(s), and reason for the return or exchange.
3. We’ll review your request (usually within 1–2 business days) and provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid label.
4. Package the item securely (preferably in original packaging) and ship it only after receiving a return authorization.
5. Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of acceptance or rejection. If approved, we’ll issue a refund or send the replacement.
7. Refund / Exchange Processing Time
– Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
– Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
– Approved exchanges ship within 3 business days, subject to stock availability.
8. Partial Refunds / Deductions
– Returns not in original condition, missing parts/tags, or showing signs of use may be partially refunded or denied.
– Outbound shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
– Expedited shipping upgrades are non-refundable.
