Shipping Policy
It is our policy to try and ship all merchandise within two business days of receiving an order. We ship orders from its warehouse via the most economical shipping service. Shipping is free to Continental US only.
Many of the products we sell are shipped directly from the manufacturer’s warehouse. These products are shipped using FedEx Ground, Truck Line, UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail, depending on the manufacturer. The cost of shipping outside the Continental US is dependent on what the manufacturer charges.
We list all shipping details for every product
Look for the Product Shipping box on the left side of the product page, underneath the credit card logos. This box contains the shipping company, type of shipping, and where your product will ship from.
Where We Will Ship To
Products ordered can be shipped to all 50 states and all Canadian provinces and territories. We will ship to APO/FPO addresses, provided the total weight of all merchandise is less than 70 pounds.
We will ship to many countries outside of the United States. International orders (except for Canada) can only be placed via phone. For more information, please call 1- 800- 487- 7432 and ask for JP. Our phone hours are 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday.

Tracking
For products sent via USPS Priority Mail, a Track & Confirm number will be sent to you via e-mail.
UPS and FedEx tracking numbers are available by request. Please e-mail your name and/or order number to us and we’ll respond within one business day.
Additional Shipping Info
UPS and FedEx will not ship to a PO Box.
